Don't you think maybe a young branch wrapped around a finger may have been the first promise ring? I sculpt this little ring to look like a little twig with texture, knots and everything giving it a very realistic look. I can make it wrap once to several times. The ring is cast in gold using the ancient lost-wax method and finally set with a stone of your choosing. A matching band can also be made. Twig is approximately 3mm in diameter.
